This Raw Chef Certification is a blend of theoretical and hands on training taught by our dedicated Pure Joy Academy instructors. This is Pure Joy Academy’s Level 1 Immersion Course.

With 18 years teaching experience in plant-based living, she can help you reach your goals whether it is weight loss, getting well, or starting a new career in holistic health.
Katelyn Louise is Pure Joy Planet's instructor and operations guru. She specializes in healing the gut from Celiac and bacteria imbalances. She loves teaching low-glycemic, gluten-free, plant-based foods, and superfoods. She is a private chef and works with clients one-on-one to help them on their health journey.
Sarah Hart is our favorite admissions director and a raw food instructor. Originally from Hawaii, Sarah has ran a successful raw food production company and offers classes in Tucson on an ongoing basis.
Monique is a certified nutrition coach and Pure Joy Academy Instructor who specializes in teaching her students how to makeover their favorite "naughty" pastries, cakes and sweet treats into delicious and healthy alternatives. She currently teaches gluten-free and nut free dessert classes in New York City.
Dr. Ritamarie is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic with Certifications in Acupuncture, Nutrition, and Herbal Medicine. She is passionate about teaching it to practitioners in her Nutritional Endocrinology Certification Porgram.
Kristin is a graduate of Pure Joy Academy and teaches plant-based cooking classes in the Phoenix Valley. She is a blogger and activist in healthy plant based cuisine and runs a non-profit healthy food program.

Ali Stringer is a Pure Joy Certified Food Chef & Personal Fitness Trainer. Ali is an award winning body builder and competes as a Plant-Based Athlete. She loves teaching and sharing her fitness & food lifestyle with others. Ali is a married mother of two beautiful boys living in Darwin, Australia.
