Course OverviewCome for a 1-hour demonstration by Elaina Love on how to make your own one-bowl meals. Learn to make perfect quinoa topped with 3 kinds of blended sauces (Indian, Chinese, and Mexican) then tossed with seaweeds, seasonal veggies, and nourishing ingredients for a delicious plant-based bowl that your whole family will love.
What You Will Learn
She will show you a variety of sauces that can be made without cooking in a blender, then show you how to mix them with a variety of vegetables to make your own ethnic cuisine.
Saraswati Curry Bowl- Savory tomato-coconut curry sauce over steamed brown rice and marinated broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini and red bell peppers
Chi Bowl- Light and flavorful flavors of China tossed with quinoa and julienned mushrooms, bell peppers, carrots, snow peas and broccoli
Sabroso Bowl- A base of quinoa or rice topped with salsa, taco-filling, avocado sauce and vegan sour cream.
