- 1 cup raw almonds
- 3 cups water
- In a large bowl, soak almonds for 8-12 hours in filtered water. Rinse well and add to a high-speed blender.
- Blend water with rinsed almonds until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Strain through your amazing nut milk bag
- Label, date and store in refrigerator up to 5 days.
- Store nut pulp in a bag in the freezer to use for breads and cakes.
