- 1. Soak your nuts or seeds for 4-8 hours in purified water and 1/2 tsp salt. If using dried coconut, skip and follow step 2.
- 2. Blend water with rinsed nuts or seeds until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- 3. Strain through nut milk bag
- 4. Add the strained milk back in the blender and add the additional options, if desired.
- 5. Label, date and store in refrigerator up to 5 days.
- 6. Store nut pulp in a bag in the freezer to use for breads and cakes.
