- 2 lbs raw pumpkin seeds
- 2 tsp mineral salt
- 8 Tbsp. coconut aminos
- 4 Tbsp. raw honey
- 8 tsp. onion powder
- 4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 8 tsp. paprika
- Soak pumpkin seeds for 4-8 hours. Rinse well.
- Combine ingredients in a bowl and place on a teflex lined dehydrator tray.
- Dehydrate at 105º for 8 hours.
- Flip the tray and remove the sheets. Continue to dry until the seeds are crunchy, 4 to 6 more hours.
