Directions

  1. Cut sweet potatoes into 1/2 inch thick strips and put in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Toss in coconut oil, cinnamon, sugar and salt.
  3. Spread onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake for 20 mins at 350 degrees
  4. Then turn up to 400 degrees for 10 mins. Then turn onto broil for 4-5 minutes or until crispy and golden.
  5. Remove for baking sheet and coat with another tsp. of cinnamon and lakanto or coconut sugar.
  6. Eat right away! Dip in coconut butter for an extra special treat.
