- In a high speed blender, blend the everything except the ice together until very smooth.
- Slowly add in 3 cups of ice, using your tamper when necessary.
- Pour into a glass container or dish.
- Let set in the freezer for 1-2 hours and scoop out with an ice cream scooper.
- Top with coconut flakes, cacao nibs, bee pollen or berries.
