Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas (or 1 frozen zucchini, peeled + 1 frozen banana)
  • 1 1/2 cups chilled chaga tea OR water
  • 1/4 tsp. high mineral salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 12 drops Vanilla Essence
  • 2 tsp. chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. hemp hearts
  • 1/8 tsp. stevia - optional
  • 4 drops Butterscotch Essence

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Top with dehydrated nuts, coconut or cacao nibs.
  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve with a spoon!
  3. For a low glycemic version, try using frozen zucchini (peeled) in place of the banana and adding in 3-4 drops Banana Essence
