Our Plant-Based Low Carb Chef Certification is a blend of nutritional science and hands-on culinary arts taught by Elaina Love, Kate Lahusen, and dedicated certified Instructors. Immerse yourself in the healing power of holistic nutrition and cutting-edge culinary arts. You will learn the building blocks of optimal health, how to heal and nourish your body using low carb, plant-based, gourmet foods. This course differs from our Raw Chef Certification as it includes Gluten-Free, Low-Carb baking and cooking, cooked/raw 50-50 fusion recipes, gourmet cooked meals featuring grain-free recipes, medicinal elixirs, gourmet coffee elixirs using healing tinctures, gourmet desserts, sugar-free chocolates and plenty more.
All levels welcome. This is our foundational course perfect for the beginner home chef to the well-versed chef. Our techniques are unique and cutting edge, applying 20 plus years of experience and adapting those techniques to today’s relevance. Most students participate in all 3 levels but you have the option to participate in Level 1 or come back and join us for your full certification at a later date. Prerequisite: None

Elaina Love is one of the pioneers in the steadily growing ketogenic plant-based food movement. Elaina's teachings focus on low carb, healthy fats, and full flavored holistic plant food. With 18 years teaching experience, she can help you reach your goals whether it is weight loss, hormone balancing, getting well, or starting a career in holistic health.
Katelyn Louise – Director
Katelyn Louise is Pure Joy Planet's Director. Her specialty is in healing the gut from autoimmune, bacteria and hormonal imbalances. She loves teaching her clients how to use delicious low-glycemic, gluten-free, plant-based foods, and superfoods for optimal health. She is also a private chef and works with clients one-on-one on their health journey.
Monique Bogni – Instructor & Nutrition Coach
Monique is a certified nutritionist and Pure Joy Academy Instructor who helps people transition to healthier ways of eating. She is extremely passionate about teaching people what it means to eat healthy so they can stop dieting and start feeling confident about food.
Dr. Ritamarie is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic with Certifications in Acupuncture, Nutrition, and Herbal Medicine. She is passionate about teaching it to practitioners in her Nutritional Endocrinology Certification Porgram.
Kristin is a graduate of Pure Joy Academy and teaches plant-based cooking classes in the Phoenix Valley. She is a blogger and activist in healthy plant based cuisine and runs a non-profit healthy food program.

Ali Stringer is a Pure Joy Certified Food Chef & Personal Fitness Trainer. Ali is an award winning body builder and competes as a Plant-Based Athlete. She loves teaching and sharing her fitness & food lifestyle with others. Ali is a married mother of two beautiful boys living in Darwin, Australia.
Angie is one of the pioneers of the raw food movement in Hong Kong and the author of the first bilingual raw food recipe book, “Raw in The City”. You can find Angie teaching her recipes on the mass media and public events in Hong Kong. She is now a Licensed Pure Joy Branch Owner in HK.
Crystal Bonnet is a Plant-Based Chef and Instructor in Vancouver, Canada. A Pure Joy Graduate herself, she enjoys sharing her love for healthy and beautiful food with her students and readers through recipes, inspirational stories, and beautiful food photographs that prove eating a nutritious and healthy diet can be fun, delicious, and life-changing.
