Experience an immersive keto lifestyle with Elaina Love, Katelyn Louise of Pure Joy Planet. Sedona, Arizona is one of our favorite worldly vortex centers where we help others transform their lives. This experience is designed for you to be fully immersed in nature while nourishing and supporting your body through food as medicine – whole, fresh, natural. We will be reconnecting to our roots, grounding into mother nature, indulging in delicious high vibe organic low carb meals, hiking the hills of Sedona, practicing yoga, meditating and much more.
    At times, hearing your own inner voice can be extremely difficult amid all the static of the modern world. Especially when it comes to food. With so much dogma, misinformation, and the bombardment of social media in general, it can be hard to sort through the noise. The bottom line is that eating more plants, eating less sugar, getting more exercise, creating more positive thoughts, being in more loving relationships (romantic or friendships), having a more fulfilling job…all of these things contribute to better health, happiness, and quality of life.
    We are not here to promote or push any one diet on you. The reason has to put some kind of label on what we do (keto, plant-based, low carb, high fat, etc.), is that we would have a hard time being found by those of you who need us most. Already a plant lover and/or low-carb, keto? Great! Let’s upgrade your current eating habits into something that creates OPTIMAL long-lasting health, is filled with healthy veggies, and includes fewer animal products. Already vegan and want to beat sugar cravings? Great! Let’s cut out those excess sugars and starches and increase skin nourishing, and heart-healthy fats. Want to try keto? Great! We hope you find us first so we can teach you that optimizing any diet requires a certain amount of GREEN & COLORFUL plant food and nutritional herbs, medicinal mushrooms, and HEALING foods. You see, every label has a purpose, but we are here to debunk labels and just teach WHOLE FOOD real food lifestyle without the judgment or Diet Dogma!     The menu has been specifically designed to shift the body and mind from craving sugar to using alkalizing green foods and healthy fats for fuel. All of the ingredients are organic, fresh, seasonal, rich in superfoods, gluten-free, grain-free, and keto-friendly. Meals are all geared towards balancing your body and hormonal system, shedding excess toxins and weight while satisfying your taste buds.
     
    We focus on the macro and micronutrients that are required for a healthy balanced ketogenic lifestyle. We teach you how to find your rhythm for your unique body and needs. Please note: this retreat includes humanely raised, wild-caught fish and fresh farm – organic eggs. 100% vegan meals are available upon request. We welcome all diets and backgrounds and provide an option for everyone.

    THE FACILITATORS 

    Elaina and Katelyn were brought together years ago to create a supportive healthy community, guiding plant-based chef trainings, hosting wellness retreats, and facilitating online healthy eating programs. Our mission is to inspire our clients and community to develop an intuitive relationship with food and eating that involves simplifying the diet and cleaning out the body.

Learn about the building blocks of optimal health and how to heal and nourish your community with low sugar gourmet foods.


    Whether you want to advance in your professional culinary career or learn how to create healthy, healing gourmet dishes for your family and friends, this program will open your mind to a new and exciting way to prepare food. You will cover beginner to advanced techniques to create positively delectable dishes, along with the science of flavor balancing and recipe development.
    As a graduate, you will have prepared over 100 delicious, nourishing, gluten-free, low-glycemic and family friendly meals. Also included are daily nutrition lessons and Q&A with Elaina Love and special expert guests. This training is unlike any other because Pure Joy Culinary Academy will now be inviting students behind the scenes of our Cafe, Pure Joy Kitchen. We will have a hands-on experience of making food for real customers in addition to learning and getting certified. Level 3 students will be involved in making an in person, sit down dinner for a small group.
    Bend is known for its bustling downtown, nature hikes, kayaking, and biking along the river. There is free music in the park during June, paddle boarding down the Deschutes River, and over ten nearby pristine lakes for swimming, kayaking, tubing and more. Use your free time in the evenings and days off during the training to explore the beauty of Central Oregon.

    This coursework is a great beginning to prepare for a career in plant-based culinary arts. Tailored to increase your understanding of how food affects the body, you will explore how to create a balanced nutrition plan for your unique body type. You will learn advanced culinary techniques to increase your repertoire of fully raw meals. Prerequisite: Certification of Level 1

    Level 3: Mastery of Raw Cuisine

    Level 3 is an advanced chef training focusing on advanced pastry techniques, innovative dehydration skills, gourmet desserts and more. In addition to the excellent teaching and training you will get throughout the entire course, we have created a way for you to put everything you have learned into hands-on practice in a very special pop-up dinner for our Bend community. Become an expert in catering to a large group and making your recipes explode with flavor! Get inspired and learn ideas on how to start a raw food business, and learn the next steps to take as a raw food educator with real nutrition facts. Take your presentation and teaching skills to a whole new level. This course is suitable for raw food professionals, health professionals or anyone who loves Plant-Based Cuisine and wants to make more inspiring, satisfying meals. Prerequisite: Certification of Level 2
    • Get real hands-on catering and business experience – for your final week 3 certification, you will be helping the Pure Joy Team cater a small dinner. You will also be involved in cafe food production
