Pure Joy Culinary Academy offers private one-on-one or group cooking classes, nutrition classes, and raw food classes to teach you the fundamentals of natural, plant-based living your whole family will beg for.

What You Will Learn

You’ll learn how to make delicious plant-based healthy meals, perfect your knife skills and discover all the essentials of healthy plant-based cuisine. Choose from a variety of recipes and topics which you can find here.

All classes are 2 Hours and you can choose for the groceries/shopping to be included in the class fee or to take care of picking everything up yourself. Special pricing for large groups or class series available upon request. Customized class topics are also available upon request.

She is also a food product developer, specializing in low-glycemic, gluten-free, plant-based foods, with an emphasis on medicinal herbs and superfoods.

Elaina Love is a leading authority on nutrition and health. She's an author of 3 vegan recipe books, speaker, and internationally renowned chef with over 20 years of experience. Elaina is the founder of Pure Joy Culinary Academy. The Academy is designed to teach students how to prepare the best meals on the planet while healing and nourishing their bodies. Elaina has owned and operated 2 vegan cafes and has catered many festivals, so she understands and is able to speak about food preparation on many levels.
