About Angie Lam
As a vegetarian for over 25 years, Angie has helped people look younger and feel great by incorporating more living foods into the daily diet. She is passionate about a plant-based diet for health, the animals, the planet, and the delicious culinary possibilities. She is one of the pioneers of the raw food movement in Hong Kong and the author of the first bilingual raw food recipe book, “Raw in The City”. You can find Angie on the mass media and public events in HK. She is now a Licensed Pure Joy Branch Owner in HK.
林霓身體力行茹素超過25年，是本地首批推廣Raw Food生機素食文化的先驅之一。緊貼最新的素食營養和養生知識分享給愛美愛健康的人，並出版了第一本全中英文對照生機食譜 "精緻生機素食/Raw In The City" , 希望幫助更多人減低對加工精制食品和肉類的依賴並將最健康烹調方式融入日常飲食中, 達到抗衰老又環保䕶生的生活態度。她善於運用超級食品和以植物為本的完整食材造出美味養生素食譜, 更會定期開班由淺入深教授低升糖無麩質的烹任技巧。
