  1. 1. In a large bowl, soak almonds for 8-12 hours in filtered water. Rinse well and add to a high-speed blender.
  2. 2. Blend with water until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Strain through your nut milk bag
  4. 4. Add remaining ingredients and blend again.
  5. 5. Label, date and store in refrigerator up to 5 days. Use in your coffee or any place you would use creamer.
  6. 6. Store almond pulp in a plastic storage bag in the freezer to use for breads and cakes.
  7. *If you do not have essences, you can use extracts in the flavor of your choosing (1/2 tsp. extract = 6 drops of essence). *1 Tbsp. coconut oil can be substituted if you do not have lecithin.
