Ingredients
- 6 oz. greens (spinach, kale, chard, etc)
- 1 cup of frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 2-4 Tablespoons hemp seeds
- 1 Tablespoon of green mix (moringa, spirulina or your favorite greens powder)
- 1 cup of water or tea
- 5 drops of liquid stevia
- Optional: 1 Tablespoon of ginger root

Directions
- Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
