- 1 1/3 cup raw tahini
- 1/2 cup chopped beet
- 1 tsp. high mineral salt
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice - optional
- 3/4 cup filtered water
- 1. Blend all ingredients on high in a high speed blender for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Use on salads or steamed veggies. Store leftovers in a glass jar and label in the refrigerator. Will last for 5-10 days!
- Serve on a bed of greens, sprouts and any salad veggies you like. Top with Cheesey Coconut Chips as shown in the photo.
