Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach, chopped
  • 1 large avocado, diced
  • 4 stalks celery finely diced
  • 1 scallion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp. onion powder, or more to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. mineral salt
  • 1 tsp. mustard (organic)
  • 2 Tbsp. Veganaise OR Homemade Mayonnaise
  • Optional: 1 cup chopped organic tempeh sautéed in coconut oil
  • WRAP - Romaine leaves, nori sheets, coconut wraps
