Ingredients
- 2 cups almond milk or coconut milk (1 cups almonds or coconut blended with 2 cups of water)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen organic strawberries
- 6 drops Vanilla Essence or 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Sweetener to taste: 2 dates, dash of stevia, 1 Tbsp. coconut sugar or monk fruit sweetener
- Pinch of salt
- OPTIONAL: 2 drops Strawberry Essence, 1 Tbsp. lucuma powder, Mint leaves for garnish

Directions
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender on high until smooth.
- Add 1 cup of ice if desired for a thicker shake.
- Top with coconut flakes, cacao nibs, or more fresh chopped strawberries 🙂
