Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coconut butter, melted
- 1/4 cup pecan butter (or almond butter)
- 1/4 cup cacao butter, melted
- 1/2 cup pecans, roughly chopped
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp lucuma powder, optional
- 1 tsp vanilla extract OR 12 drops vanilla essence
- 1/4 tsp mineral salt
- Stevia to taste

Directions
- Melt cacao butter over LOW heat in a saucepan or in your dehydrator.
- In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients and whisk until smooth and well incorporated. (if your coconut butter or nut butter is hard, melt with cacao butter)
- Measure 1 heaping tablespoon into each cup chocolate mold.
- Set in fridge or freezer for 10 - 15 minutes or until hard. Transfer to a container and store in fridge.
