Ingredients
- 1 bunch of celery
- 1 cucumber
- 2 lemons, peeled
- 1 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 cup cilantro, chopped (or other herb of choice)
- 2 cups spinach
- Optional: 1 inch piece of ginger (peel if not organic)

Directions
- Prepare ingredients according to your juicers instructions.
- Run all ingredients through a juicer and strain. Alternatively, blend in a high speed blender on low until just combined (about 10 seconds) and strain through a nut milk bag
