Ingredients
- 2 cups zucchini, chopped (green or yellow)
- 1 1/2 cups tahini
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice, or more to taste
- 1 - 2 tsp mineral salt, or to taste
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp paprika, regular or smoked

Directions
- Blend everything except tahini in a blender until smooth.
- Add tahini and blend again until smooth.
- Garnish with parsley and paprika.
