Ingredients
- 2 cups macadamia nuts or cashews
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups purified water
- 1/2 cup chopped carrot
- 1/2 red bell pepper or tomato
- 2 Tbsp. onion powder
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. mineral salt
- 2 Tbsp chickpea miso
- 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast (PRL brand only)
- 1 clove garlic

Directions
- Soak the macadamia nuts or cashews for 1 hour in pure water then rinse well.
- Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
- Add more water if needed.
- Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
